Big news! Kimberly Dawn was named one of 5 finalists out of nearly 3000 entries for the Daffys Dream Apartment contest. Her video entry of an original poem about Daffy's and how the real "Carrie Bradshaw of Broadway" shops at Daffy's, not Prada landed her in the finals and led to her waging a major campaign to try and WIN the apartment for 10 months in Greenwich Village. She's holding her breath until she gets the results October 1st. Go to www.Daffys.com for details.

And, she's currently starring as "Cassie" in A Chorus Line at the Pioneer Theater in Salt Lake City. Performances run September 25-October 10th if you're in the area.

Kimberly agreed to dance in a video spoof of the JK Wedding video that went viral on YouTube.com and suddenly found herself a star on YouTube as well (she's contemplating adopting the "high-kicking stenographer" role as a permanent alter ego:-).

As a result she's now been Tweeted about and viewed over 50,000 times on the net. Holy smokes. Who'd have thought?

Additionally, Kimberly did two radio interviews last week for FlyOverZone in Chicago and AskHeartBeat.com about her books, dating and life in NYC.

She's headed to Las Vegas next week to shoot some spots for VegasNowTV.com as their official dating/relationship correspondent. Stay tuned!

We're well into April and here's what's happening! Kimberly is gearing up for the release of her second book Sex Comes First: 15 Ways to Save Your Relationship Without Leaving Your Bedroom (on the shelves May 18th). ww.SexComesFirst.com

As a result, she's appearing on the NY Public Access show Spotlight on April 26th (Channel 56 on Time Warner Cable at 6 p.m. if you're in NY). On that same day, she'll be chatting with the hosts of Nashville's The He Said/She Said radio program at 9 p.m. EST (http://www.thehesaidshesaidshow.com/).

What's new? Kimberly has been BUSY this month. Check out the March issue of Health magazine for her latest feature, the debut of Health's second annual Feel Great Weight Plan. Additionally, between juggling auditions and writing assignments, Kimberly appeared on The Tyra Banks Show as part of a panel of successful single women who said they don't define their happiness by the existense or non-existence of a relationship or kids in their life (however, for any hotties out there reading this, that does NOT mean she's not still looking for Mr. Right:-). That episode is set to air at some point mid-March. Additionally, she just filmed an 30-minute interview for public access TV's NY On the Circuit about her book, The Real Reasons Men Commit. At the end of March, she will be singing in a USO event in San Antonio, Texas and at the SoHo House for their first Broadway cabaret event which she is helping to launch (and hoping is the start of a terrific new series). In other words, never a dull moment!
